في حالة ظهور الهلال في ليلة 28 من رمضان في أي بقعة ليبية؛ يجب علي كل المسلمين في ليبيا قضاء يوم بعد إنتهاء يوم العيد ولا يشترط المباشرة.
مع الأخذ بالإعتبار أنّ هذه الحادثة حصلت في عهد الصحابة رضي الله عنهم ظهر الهلال ليلة 28 من رمضان فأمروا بقضاء ما فاتهم من رمضان.
قال الشيخ ابن باز رحمه الله: " ..ثبت في الأحاديث الصحيحة المستفيضة عن رسول الله ﷺ أن الشهر لا ينقص عن تسعة وعشرين يوما، ومتى ثبت دخول شوال بالبينة الشرعية بعد صيام المسلمين ثمانية وعشرين يوما، فإنه يتعين أن يكونوا أفطروا اليوم الأول من رمضان، فعليهم قضاؤه؛ لأنه لا يمكن أن يكون الشهر ثمانية وعشرين يوما، وإنما الشهر تسعة وعشرون يوما أو ثلاثون.
وقد ذكر شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية في الجزء (25) من فتاواه ص 154- 155: أن هذا حدث في زمن علي رضي الله عنه، صاموا ثمانية وعشرين يوما، وأمرهم علي بصيام اليوم الذي نقصهم وإتمام الشهر تسعة وعشرين يوما "...

Export WhatsApp stickers to Telegram on Android

This also means you won’t have a quick way to save incoming stickers like you did on WhatsApp, so you’ll have to forward them from one chat to the other.
